Jeff Jansen. Founder of Global fire Ministries, is a revivalist whose ministry of faith, power, and revelation has effected countless lives. He ministers throughout the nations where he preaches the Gospel of the Kingdom with explosive supernatural demonstrations of signs, wonders, miracles, and other manifestations in the glory of God. Jeff, his wife, Jan, and their family live in the Nashville, Tennessee, area.

I heard Jeff Jansen minister last year, (2009) in New Zealand. It was during his visit that David and I picked up a copy of his book. It’s not just a book to read and then be left on the shelf, I have now been over it a couple of times and have a greater understanding into the ways of the Glory of God.

I deliberately took my time with it and have briefed a couple of chapters for you, below.

  1.    Chapter 1   Access to Eden.

Jeff answers the question here: “What does God want reconciled back to Him?” (Colossians. 1:20). What was lost by Adam in the garden - the “Glories” of the Kingdom of God, the Governance of the Kingdom, the DNA of the breath of God in us - has now been reopened and regained by Jesus Christ. The power of God ‘Himself’, coming in Jesus Christ, opened up the way which was sealed off in the garden, and now available again to us. This was the original position God created Adam to walk in – the very presence of God and to display His nature through Adam in this world.

  1.     Chapter 3   Catching a Glimpse of Eternity.

This is a chapter that defines and looks into ‘mystics’ and the ‘ mystical wonder-workers of revival history.’ He defines the word “mystic” from Webster’s New World Dictionary i.e. “ one who professes to undergo profound spiritual experiences.” I love the question Jeff asks here; “If Jesus was just a man, why was He able to access the supernatural and perform the bizarre wonders that He did?” Jesus the greatest ‘Mystic’ of us all. Jeff shows examples of such people though history. People who intimately encountered God in supernatural ways. For example, St Teresa of Avila (1515-1582), Maria Woodworth-Etter (1844-1924), St. Ignatius (1491-1556), Roland Buck (1918-1979), Bob Jones (1930-present). In this chapter Jeff also defines ‘ekstasis’ which is translated into the New Testament as “trance,” “amaze,”  “astonish.” He then touches on various levels of ecstatic trances.

  1.     Chapter 6   Acceleration in the Glory.

“What are we about to see?”  We are about to see the full manifestation of the resurrection power of Jesus as this Body rises to maturity.  Jeff feels that it’s essential that we learn how to cultivate an atmosphere of God’s presence in our lives individually, learn how to corporately usher in the cloud of Glory, and learn how to operate in and from the realm of Glory. Jeff goes on to explain the difference between the anointing and the Glory. He defines the Glory of God and the ‘keys’ that are needed to unlock the Glory. This is the place for which we were birthed, and it’s where we should feel the most comfortable – the most fulfilled.

I could go on and on, but this is a must read book. It’s so timely for us, His Glorious Church. It will help you understand what is happening around the World at this time, but more to the point it will give you ‘keys’ to help push you forward to be “The Glory Generation.”
