I was so impressed with this book that I have had the majority of the members of Elevate (our church in Auckland, NZ) read it. Not only have they read it, but over a three month period, The Supernatural Ways of Royalty became the basis for discussion and ministry in our church’s small groups.

As a pastor I was interested in finding a resource that would impart the truths of our identity as “a royal priesthood”, and the attribute and attitudes that belong to God’s royal family. Kris Vallotton’s book was the perfect resource. For three months the testimonies from our groups, and the changes we observed in both individuals as well as the life and atmosphere in the ‘body’ have been wonderful.

Aspects of truth that are dealt with in this book are ...

  1. Lies that keep us from knowing our royal identity

  2. The problem of performance and comparison

  3. How we can declare and develop royal destiny in others

  4. The joy of having a friendship with God

  5. The importance of declaring greatness over the members of the King’s family

  6. Right and wrong models of honouring

  7. Issues of injustice and displaying the power of God

  8. The development of courage

  9. Spiritual heritage and the next generations

  10. Proper spiritual authority - it’s about the angels

Kris Vallotton is an associate pastor at Bethel Church, Redding, California. Bethel’s apostolic leader, Bill Johnson, contributes two chapters to this book - and they are beauties!

kris has followed up this book with a second titled, Developing a Supernatural Lifestyle . . . another resource for our small groups? Having seen the impact of The Supernatural Ways of Royalty, I am reading the second book with considerable enthusiasm and enjoyment.
